Our condolences to Aidan’s family, friends and colleagues. May he rest in peaceIt is with great sadness that we report the passing of a fellow Volunteer and friend, Aidan Browne. Aidan was tragically killed on Sunday morning in an RTA. Aidan was a member of the Wexford Civil Defence Auxilliary Fire Service Unit, something that he really enjoyed and excelled at.

He loved to pass on his knowledge and experience in relation to fire appliances and equipment. He was a very popular, friendly and heartwarming guy who brought a smile to everyone who had the pleasure to meet him.

He will be sadly missed by all members of Wexford Civil Defence.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Aidan’s family and his many friends at this dificult time.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
