Many thanks to all the Volunteers who made themselves available over the weekend to assist at the old fort festival .

A special thanks to our new Volunteers who were on duty this weekend for the first time. Also our thanks to Paul and Sean from Kerry CD for helping out and travelling the long distance to be with us for the day and to the team that also looked after other duties over the weekend. We had on average 20 volunteers covering each day and night of the event from Friday to Sunday.

It was an incident free weekend apart from one or two minor ailments. 14 patients were treated onsite for minor injuries by our medics.

Great co-operation from the organisers, Security partners and the Gardai and all worked well as a team .

Finally thanks to all our senior Officers who worked long hours over the weekend to make sure the success of this operation .

My Sincere thanks to one and all Cmdr Fergal Conroy A/ CDO
